In-line dynamic mixer consists of housing and rotating mixing element (impeller) to enhance the mixing process. Electrical motor provides the necessary power for mixing, which is dissipated in water by the impeller. This in-line mixer is installed in the pipeline and provides high intensity mixing in very short detention time.
Napier Reid designed and manufactured in-line dynamic mixers provide the necessary mixing intensity (velocity gradient) as per the process requirement. The main components are high efficiency impeller and inverter duty electric motor. The mixer is provided with variable frequency drive (VFD) to control and change the speed of motor, and thus the mixing intensity. Efficient design, robust housing and shaft, silicon to silicon mechanical seal, oversized bearings having L10 life of over 100,000 continuous service hours, high workmanship and aesthetic appearance are standard feature of our in-line dynamic mixer. These features ensure that the mixers perform efficiently for years with least maintenance.
